Hello mates,I am from Gujarat and currently working in Deloitte pune in Technology Consulting, planning to buy a property in Pune, in terms of settling down which city is better Pune or Bangalore from career perspective and better social life? Will I miss out on something major if I don't explore Bangalore market ? Need some suggestions from people who have been to both the cities.
Don't buy property unless you are damn sure ... Invest in mutual.funds and live on rent ..makes more sense financially
Pune for sure, Bangalore is already in a huge real estate bubble. The prices are way way more than actual. Pune will be the same in maybe 5-8 years. So you still have time to get in.
Pune is better for living. Bengaluru is better for more opportunities

Financially ofc. Food wise too, if you are Jain or pure vegetarian. You won't have a language barrier in Pune, since there are mostly Maharashtra or Gujarat people. That may not be the case in Bangalore, since it's more like IT hub of the country so you get lot of people from all over India.
But yes, if you need to take this decision from career prospective, then you need to decide based on your profile & growth.
