Pune or Bangalore

Hello friends, if you get a chance to choose between pune and Bangalore to stay and grow personally and professionally where would you stay ?

I am currently staying in pune and I have been to Bangalore recently... For Bangalore the wheather, tech parks and startup culture there did intrigued me think visiting Bangalore before deciding where to settle down.

Please guide in correct direction, thanks
