Query regarding credit cards

Recently, I came across saphhiro credit cards from ICICI Bank and was thinking of getting it since it is Lifetime free. Along with that they were providing Amex credit card as well. Has anyone used it before and could share their experience with it? What offers and discounts you could avail and what are it's demerits? What should I keep in mind while using credit cards?
