Does anyone have an idea on how the Bangalore rental market is in 2024? Especially for residential apartments in gated societies.

totally depends on area you are looking for
Main location near techparks 30-40 k semi furnished 2bhk.. Secluded location would be 10-15 k cheaper
Gated societies will easily add a 20% premiun
Try individual mini apartments, they are value for money
