my suggestion would be, not to write anything bad. Not any of those 'Dont burn bridges" logic.

Nothing hurt these managers a than smiling in front of them. Give an overtly nice email, tell them about the future role you are joining, Hint them about the hike you got, and lastly smile as much as possible, your boss must see it.

Don't do.

  1. They are not worth your mental energy anymore. Already sucked life, why do you want to offer more
  2. World is a small place, never know what can come back to you.

Be the bigger person, smile and let them be toxic. You be good ✌️

No.

I know it's difficult to completely ignore such people when working with them.

But when you are leaving, you can focus on the good happening with you as well as your well wishers and loved ones.

So please ignore such people and mentally leave them along with your company when you leave the company.

No, don't stoop to their level. Be the bigger person. "Badla nahi, badlav chahiye." (We need change, not revenge.)
