Resigned but, in Dilemma
I currently resigned from TCS. I wanted to know how much package Accenture can offer me as a Java Developer with 3 years of experience? I already have an offer with 15LPA. Can I ask 16 LPA+ 2 LPA variable??? Should role be on C11 level?? Any suggestions are welcomed
Accenture offers 100%+ hike.
I was earning 5 LPA and for that they offered 12LPA+. My friend who joined Accenture previously also received 100%+ hike.

5 yoe and data stack. But I didn't join Accenture.

You have to check from their career page.
Don't speak any thing about variable ask for fixed 16 according to policy they should add some variable to it. And if they are not giving you the number you asked at the end you may ask if they can provide you any joining bonus on top of these. I am not sure about accenture but most companies would have this joining bonus as well.. So give a try
Yes. They have the policy for variable.. I don't want them to make offer which is greater than 15 LPA but, has fixed component less.... I think I should directly mention the Fixed as 16 LPA
Get as much hike as you can get when you are switching. Let them offer you higher role. Take the challenge. Later you won't get the hike you want in any company
