Vishwa Nath Jha, is the CEO of Saarthi.ai and he stated that due to “investor’s pressure” the layoffs were decided. Apparently, the company had too much spending than earning profit. Hence to stabilise the finances, laying off employees was the best option. However, many former employees have stated that the company withheld their salaries. Nevertheless, the CEO denied such allegations and in return, filed a defamation case.
