( Zero real estate and HR cost unlike banks) Travel, ecommerce, luxury items, d2c etc can be pushed to those 2-3cr users whose per capita is 10k $

As a shubhchintak and well wisher, I would recommend you my friend to look for a job outside Cred and jump ship soon because Cred will be the biggest disaster to happen in the fintech space in the last two decades. Business is built on top of profits and not smooth user experience. no profit no dhandha. I also feel that how can someone who believes he is part of the elite in Indian population carry 7 credit cards. Only discount hunters showcase such behaviour and maintaining XL file for credit card payments is the most unproductive use of time I have heard in my life.
