Salary and Experience Letter OnHold without any Reason - Please Advice

After resignation company has not provided experience letter as well as salary, HR team always unanswered the call as well as manager. Mailed once for the Salary and Experience letter but unanswered. Please let me know how to twist finger and get experince letter atleast from the Morons!

Before leaving they didn’t tell when they will provide? You could have asked HR before leaving. Some companies provide these by 2-3 weeks time.

Manager clearly told 45 days of F&F Cycle and He wanted resignation just before salary credited date and told ki put the resignation and salary you will get but nothing comes!
