What will be the salary offered to MTs next year at ABC? What is the y-o-y growth over there and the salary of a Manager and Deputy Chief Manager?
Management Trainees (MTs) salary for next year isn't specified. Year-on-year growth is performance-based. Manager salary is around ₹10-15 lakhs per annum. Deputy Chief Manager earns more, typically ₹15-20 lakhs.
I guess it was 16 LPA fixed for MT's till last year.
Any idea if it would be increased this year? And what's the percentage range of the yoy growth?
Post 1 year all the MTs get promoted to Manager and in the next year to DCM? What's their salary then?
