Investment portfolio, there is lot of talk about it. But in this age, where loans have became indispensable part of our lifestyle may be for home, cars or iPhone, it is equally important to make up a liability portfolio and collate it with asset portfolio.
Such step would be helpful in assessing our financial strengths and taking risk according.
Having an integral view of asset and liability portfolio is rearranging the investment and loan accounting on the basis of principal of both sides and, appreciation-yield and interests of respective side. On the same time liquitidy of asset side and duration of loans must be analysed in simultaneous manner.

I recently came across a LinkedIn post by an individual claiming that Barclays does not hire freshers through off-campus referrals and that the only way to get hired is through campus recruitment drives. According to this post, any job postings for freshers are only available on Barclays' official career portal.
I wanted to check with those who currently work at Barclays or have firsthand knowledge of their hiring process:
Is this information accurate?
Does Barclays strictly hire freshers only through on-campus drives, or are there other legitimate avenues for fresh graduates to join the company?

Why do companies like Fi, Jupiter, Airtel, Paytm, Wells Fargo, Razorpay, Phonepe and other players in Fintech space hire folks from IIT/NIT with chemical and mechanical background with no prior experience than a folk like me who is an immediate joiner, who has 4 years of experience in product management, have bachelors in computer science, a dual MBA degree, unemployed and looking for jobs for 1.8 years now?
They mention in the job description that they want candidates to have prior experience in banking or payments or insurance basically BFSI but they don't have any such criteria for people coming from IITs and NITs who join them as associate product manager with no prior experience at all.
