Starts for Interviews and Take all leave than Left the company if you get an offer
Start looking for a new job, speak with your manager, quit.
Anything but waiting.

yes have an offer, willing to quit but how will i get the unpaid two months salary.
Yes get a mailed response from the HR that the salary isn’t paid and you can fight it out in the court and get it. They skip lawsuits like crazy and will pay you

Just two! These are rookie numbers, you’re not a proper hustler unless it’s at least 6 months! /s
(Also seems this happens a lot in edtech)

well this is two now they are planning to extend this no pay for next few months so it will be six eventually
Oof, my condolences. I had applied to it some years back, guess dodged a bullet haha.
Already had this happen to me in an org before 😅

If they haven't been able to pay you for 2 months it is likely that they will not be able to pay you later. Worst thing you can do right now is to waste your time working there without pay. It is great that you have another offer, take it up and quit immediately. Talk to a lawyer and collect the necessary evidence (before you inform them about your plans to quit) required to get them to pay you your dues.

yes, will quit and lawyer up myself.
Atleast take all the laptop and assets you have and stop working immediately. This will be protracted so don’t work in hopes of getting it later. 4B networks just did this to their employees, not paid since Sept 2022. Tell them you’ll return assets when 2 months salary is paid. This way you recoup some amount. They can’t sue you because counter suit will be on salary.
