Salary Expectation

Hi Everyone, Hope you all are doing well. I have a query regarding salary. I have 5.5 yrs of experience in Design Verification (VLSI Semiconductor) and in Feb 2024 I will be having 6 yrs of experience. I am a Mtech from IIT as well. I need to know what should be the range of salary expectation? I would be really grateful for your inputs. A rough range would work.
