I am currently at a CTC of 23 (22.5 F+ 50k V) in Gurgaon. Offered CTC 27 (24.4F+ 2.5V) in Chennai, what to do?
Expectations were 30% on Fixed. Next steps? Accept and bargain? Reject outright? Anyother? Or any other negotiation which I can do?

It's not worth the shot for relocation.
Brother.. please check once if you're really gonna adjust with Chennai's climate and food.. Then think over the salary part.
There is hardly any difference between weather. Gurgaon - harsh winter & harsh summer combined with severe pollution.
Chennai - seaside weather all year hit and humid, with moderate pollution
Food is subjective.
If you prefer rice over wheat and affordable non vegetarian options then prefer Chennai.
If you love wheat, milk based punjabi food, then stick to Gurgaon.
Finally a post on GV asking for recco where salary is not 1CR. Also please reject the offer it's not worth the relocation from GGN to CHN
