Salary offer

Hi Folks ,

Need your advice in selecting the companies I have received an offer from. Initially thought more offers the better , but it has become really confusing. . My priority is WLB>Growth>Salary Data Engineer,5 yeo. Offers: ECOLAB (American MNC,work leader in chemical manufacturing) : 19.5fixed 21 CTC Deloitte India: 18 fixed 20 CTC EY India : 19 fixed 21 CTC KPMG global services: 19 fixed 21 .5 CTC.

Please help me with your inputs so i can make a better decision. +PS any folks working in shell here?
