I got an oncampus offer from deshaw (Sdet role 52 ctc) and I have one more offer from Blackrock (sde role 20 ctc). What should I opt for ?
Need breakup, how much of it is fixed/base pay? What is the stock component?
Just based on CTC deshaw wins.
I mean it's not about money, some people are saying that the testing role is not that good ,you won't be able to switch and growth is less.
