Need Advice
I am working as a Technical Associate and have 2 yoe How can I explore product management sector. Any suggestions?
Hey Guys, I am here seeking your suggestions for future.
12 YOE (6 years Automotive + current 6 in Renewables ) 52 LPA (42+10) + some USD in RSU
Job/Skills : Mix of program and product management.
Now the point is I am bored with PMO work and I don't know where to go in future. Solar renewable industry is very volatile and very niche.
Feels like I am not growing and I don't see much people in PMO growing. Mostly they are late 70s people who are content with their life and I am still willing to run, learn and grow.
What I want - I am confused which market and position to explore from here, and if I can adapt it or not.
Any advice or discussion is really helpful. Appreciate it.

The fun and games would make you wistful about the awesomeness of the staid and boring Renewables space.
Head back to Renewables after you've had this exciting ride.
Haha, I like the last note from you.
BTW
Is there any specific skill set that I need to learn and focus on?
And how much do you think I can go for ? 70/80 lpa?
You should look at options in the following sectors:
Digital Twin / IoT Robotics Drones Defense manufacturing
All near neighbourhood to your automotive experience and a long ramp / runway available to grow.
Thanks Man. I will explore something around it.
Really appreciate. If you are in Hyderabad I owe you a beer or coffee :)
