Senior SRE looking for a switch

Hi,

I'm a Senior Site Reliability Engineer and a tech geek - looking for a career switch. Currently located in NCR region - working for one of the top Indian Unicorns, making 1.2Cr+ every year in salary+stocks. Leaning more towards getting a remote job and get decent WLB. Please let me know if there are really good teams doing ground breaking work OR solving for one of a kind scale challenge at their company in SRE Domain - I'd like to join.

PS: Is there a community within grapevine where SREs hang out? I happen to see very less SRE specific posts in general. Ex: I'd want to know how's SRE at say - Disney, Akamai, CRED, PhonePe, Swiggy, Zomato, Google, Rippling, etc - but couldn't find any good hits.

@majetti Well - how is overall site reliability at Swiggy? Looks quite stable and the amount of PAN India browsing traffic it'd be handling looks like quite an achievement. Am I missing something? Any specific reasons to avoid Swiggy?

It is stable because of strong engineering foundations built over years. Culture has gone to shit under the new leadership in the past 1 year.
