Sensible to take 3 months break from work.

Hello everyone

Recently, I have been feeling exhausted and work pressure. Unable to do things which was easy for me. I'm planning to resign and take a break from work for 3 months, work on my health and do some self study. Is this sensible to do ? How difficult it will be to find new job in current market ?

Anyone done such thing, please do share your experience.
