Service based to Prod based switch

Hello I need an advice and motivation. I am eager to switch from a service based to product based company. Has anyone switched? My main question is regarding work in product based company. Since in service based we usually migrate from old tech to new tech. But in prod orgs new requirements come and they write code. Can anyone tell me is it difficult for the developers who went from a service based org. How did you adapt to new organization. Are there only IIT Nit people there. My main question is how did you adapt when switched.

You need to slog it out in initial period. For the first 2-3 months it may seem very difficult, you need to study on weekends, and after usual office hours, to catch up on things. But after 2-3 months it starts getting fine.

I'm still a freshman and congratulations for your new journey. My cousins work in Prod based companies. The culture is soo nice and enjoyable though it depends which company you are going to join. They say there are some difficulties at first but then gradually you become used to it.
