Shall I go for CAT again or try GMAT only this time?

Folks,

I graduated from a tier 1 commerce college in 2022.

Tried taking CAT 2022 and 2023 but couldn't get a good percentile (below 95 both times)

I have 2 years of work ex now

Shall I take CAT again or go for GMAT from abroad?
