This UI seems fair to me.
- Delivery fee is useful for running the business, useful for paying salaries to the employees and wages to delivery associates.
- You are expected to go through the bill breakup before payment. That's your carelessness if you are avoiding that due diligence.
I have uninstalled Zepto nevertheless because of poor customer service and inconsistent delivery tracking

Completely stopped using these gimmicky apps. I use Dmart/Reliance Smart bazar monthly 1x,2x for big ticket purchases. For groceries, I call the neighbourhood kirana store, better quality and free home delivery.
