Commenting on her looks was very cheap. It should be condemned. Using this to market is even more despicable. This company has a history of such nonsense. Am not surprised.
But i do blame the family as well. one need not look suave and stylish. Unless there is some sort of medical condition that doesn't allow them to take up anything a minimal attempt to take care on the looks is important. The kid will probably be scared to appear in photos for a long time from now.
