sharing my siblings experience in job search

Everything was going smoothly but a leading real estate company had put him on PIP- as they over hired and had to cut employees. The past 6 months are tough, with 30+ interviews and no employment his confidence has taken a hit.

What should he do to improve his chances of employment given he has 10 years of experience and 3 years in Power BI which is his course expertise? Is their a dearth of jobs in Power BI in Delhi or is his luck is to poor?

Anyone seeing this post of could help with a role/referral/guidance would be helpful. It's very painful and tides have turned against him.

Hey, it feels like a stressful situation at the moment, but remember that this too shall pass.
I had to look for new roles this year & the journey was tough. Must’ve applied 30-40 jobs everyday and reached final rounds in at least 7-8 companies only to ghosted or rejected. But at the end, I found something much much better than the companies I was rejected from. It’s just the market at the moment.

If he’s flexible in moving, ask to apply in places like Bangalore or Mumbai, they always have more jobs than other cities.

Sometimes one need to take break and try again, it might be frustrating but sometime universe takes time to align stars(luck) factor. Wait and try again. Don’t lose out on opportunities by just blinding giving interviews. Reflect back on why it’s not working and do proper timings. Pray to lord.

Ask him to relax for a bit. Things will improve in sometime. Patience is all that is needed sometimes
