Should I ask for increase in stipend as I have completed 1 year?

Hello everyone, So I am an ML intern and a 2024 cs graduate, I have been doing internships since 3rd year of my engineering and right now I am interning at an startup since 1 year and I don't have any full time offer as of now and the startup where I am interning is also not talking about full time offer, so what should I do now, ask for increment in stipend, ask for full time offer(talked to them in December, HR told will see when in April may, when we will raise funding, he also added "consider that you will not get" but I still kept interning) or keep applying at other places?

Given your situation, it's clear you've put a lot of time and effort into your internship, and it's totally understandable to want some clarity on your future there. Since your employer has hinted that a full-time offer might not be in the cards, it's a good idea to have another chat with them. Let them know you're still keen on a full-time role and ask if there have been any updates or possibilities.
But hey, don't forget to keep your options open! It's extremely important that you keep preparing for interviews and keep applying to other places. Your career journey is all about finding the best fit for you, so make sure you're looking out for your own growth and stability. You've got this!

Yes for sure I will ask HR again for the chances of full time offer and I am applying at other places too but in this market condition, I am rarely getting any reply and openings are also very very less for 2024 graduates, though I have good amount of internship experience but still not getting reply and one company rejected me because my stipend was more than the full time salary they were givingšŸ„²
