I'm soon to receive an offer from PWC - Associate role, for their Hyderabad or Bangalore office, having reservations about the sbc large org nature and me coming from startup experience what if I'm not able to fit in there.
2.5 yoe backend (python flask mysql pandas etc) I'm also finding it very difficult to score interviews at more startups.
I find it very hard to sustain in PwC especially at Associate position. Senior cons don’t value your work, if you have a opinion conflict between you and senior cons then you will be the guilty. Seniors will timepass with meetings and you will be given extra work, also work life balance is a joke in PwC india except December month.
🤔 I'll reconsider finding something else.
