Should I join zomato?

I passed out from a tier 1 college in 2023. I am working in a product based company right now and currently serving notice period. Got offer from Zomato with a good hike. Was very excited. But saw some posts about work culture at zomato and thus a but worried. I left my current company because of mainly bad work culture. My manager here is very toxic and thus I am leaving. I have no problem about occasional long working hours but worried about toxic work culture. Folks at zomato and others also, please help me out here.

Don't join Zomato. It is toxic to its very core. I am on the verge of a mental breakdown while writing this. Joining zomato was the worst decision of my life.

Good career growth n learning, talk abt bad culture is rubbish n very rare during sprints like diwali etc. Go for it boi!

Oracle v/s Zomato as a fresher
