Working from office is a core belief, wlb is upto you, if you want to do great you put in work, if you want to be corporate 10 hr be corporate 10hr. The leadership is young but strong, the least leader attrition I feel, focus on long term goals is amazing. there a few random people here and there but that's a problem everywhere.

You very well might be correct friend. Experiences are subjective I guess. Since you work for cred, I do have a question, when one applies for a position in the cred website, do they use a software to sort the resume or does the HR check manually.
