Siemens folks.. I have a doubt

Hi Folks,

I gave 2 rounds of interview for a DevOps position at 3.8 years of experience.

The interviews went well and I am hoping for an offer.

What CTC or fixed should I ask?

I have one offer in hand at 14LPA..12.5 Fixed + 1.5 variable.

I am thinking of asking 13 or 13.5 fixed+ 1.5 variable..

Let me know if it's a fair ask?

It was thorough I would say, not too difficult... I am giving interviews from last one year so I know most of the scenarios they ask... They expect you to know things deeply and write some scripts too.. Maybe a python automation code, a terraform code, a pipeline code or yaml file...
