Slack vs MS Teams
What do you folks prefer from a communication perspective. I've been using Teams extensively but want to know more about folks who've used slack or both....what's your opinion.

Asynchronous tools like Twist, Discourse, Gameplan any day.
Isn't discourse like a community thing - forums if I'm not mistaken. I'm not sure about the others.
Are they all point to point competitors to slack/ms teams?
Yeah. Those are asynchronous tools. Because 75% of the stuff on Teams/Slack are not urgent ones. We can concentrate more on actual work if we use asynchronous tools.
Slack, ANYDAY
I have recently switched to slack (after years with MS Teams) and I would pick slack over teams in all features except calls.
Slack huddles are a joke compared to Teams calls and I miss the outlook calendar integration.
But with the awesome plugin integration, I can simply avoid huddles and start quick zoom calls with a simple /zoom. In all other features, Slack is easily the better option.
Slack has better chat features. Teams has better office integration.
Slack.
