So much Negativity?

Guys, in recent days i feel so much Negativity around me. I am happy inside the home without any problem but after going outside and coming back to home, always negative things are happening. I told this to my one of the friend, he said this is due to people seeing you. He advised me not to go infront of people who knows me. Did you feel negativity in today's word?
