Folks, Is this society not yet handed over to residents?
I was planning a buy flat last year, due to some reasons couldn’t it, their sales team was pitching it will be ready by Oct 2022 etc, not sure what’s the matter.
Does anyone has info?

Check RERA site, project Google reviews and go to land registration site.
Dont be in hurry to buy flat. The builders these days are misusing funds which leads lot of delays
