My current CTC is 5lpa, I got a offer from a startup with 12 lpa, also I am selected as a software engineer at Q2 software, what salary should I ask to q2 software having a offer with 12 lpa. I have 3 years of experience.

If q2 is service based and if the start-up is a product company with good funding, start-up might be good option. just keeping aside CTC aside
