Bro corporate me we feel that 1.5-2 lpm kamana is tough and takes lots of exp or specific skills. Bahar nikal ke dekho, even small business owners make more than this. Corporate is a low risk low reward job. 2.5k for a movie is not biggie for a decent sized business owner

For the first time in these many years, i have got a hike of only 7%, the reason stated is on going concerns in US market. But it is very difficult to digest the same as 2 years prior i got a hike of 26% and now only 7%. I feel being bro...
I am a north indian myself, but I hate working for Gurgaon based companies/startups. Almost all of them has worst work culture and all of them low balls.
