Sprinklr Product Engineer
So, I have a full time offer to join Sprinklr as a product engineer next summer (on campus sde-1 offer). How’s the culture, growth and WLB at the company?

Heard from friends who used to work there: Wlb is bad in several teams, they are not flexible with devs switching or choosing paths like frontend or backend or ML, usually they assign it themselves. Pros: you have golden handcuffs, salary rise very fast but outside of sprinklr very few companies can match it

Thanks for the response, heard almost on similar lines. Do you have ballpark salary ranges for sde-3 and higher roles? Couldn’t find much data online.
Also, is it a well known brand good enough for master applications or switching later

Don't have ballparks for SDE-3s, SDE-2s kind of make more than 50 lpa, my friend used to draw somewhere close to 3 lac per month when he became sde 2 or senior dev. SDE3 should hover around 80-1 Cr or else it's not worth imo. Like If you are skilled enough to crack their DSA rounds, you can do it for FAANG/Big Tech and they pay over 1 Cr including stocks to their SDE3s

Just beware what’s going on inside the company. People managing skills. Say no to gossips. Or just stay from gossips coz you will lose your energy there and which are useless. Discover great mind within org and engage with them meaning ful conversations as well as work.
