Sr. Manager Product Management payscale at AirAsia Malaysia

Any idea on the payscale for Sr. Manager Product Management at AirAsia Malaysia in local currency? I’m based in Bengaluru and being interviewed for the position which is based in KL, Malaysia. The max offer they have proposed seems too less to me and my proposal seems too high to them.
