Startup’s have Lost it

I don’t think I can do even one week more of job search.

Bangalore Startup’s have lost it - I am being offered 4-6L peanut salary because I am fresher and need a lot of training but the assignments I get for the process are full on product launch-GTM case studies. I mean WTF

It was better if I was looking for a sales role 4L salary and seedha normal sales interview.

I don’t think how they think that I can make their GTM in under 2 days and at the same time need a lot of training.

People apply at 6 month old sweat shops which havent got any funding and then curse startups 😅 Atleast apply for series-c and above startups, given that unicorns are far fetched.

Nobody expects you to nail the GTM strategy, definitely not as a fresher. 🤣

You will anyways work on execution rather than strategy in the initial phase of your career. The case study is to just gauge if you can actually execute on the strategy built out. I assume this is a PM or Growth role. Just follow the templates and rack your brain to figure out your approach, success metrics, north star, and how each department will commit with the RACI framework.
