Stress & Overthinking

I am 25(M) dealing with severe hair-fall due to stress and overthinking for family issues and work life balance. Any suggestions for managing stress and overthinking? Even for hair-fall if any because my hair means everything to me but it makes me more depressed seeing them go pls suggest some tips.

Stress-induced hair loss is brutal - your body is literally showing you how overwhelmed you are, which just makes everything worse. What actually helps: Stop the spiral - The more you stress about losing hair, the more you’ll lose. Catch yourself when you start obsessing and redirect. Fix the root cause - Work-life balance and family stress won’t disappear, but you can change how you respond. Set boundaries, say no when possible. Quick stress resets - 5-minute breathing exercises, short walks, step outside for air. Small things that calm your nervous system. Basic maintenance - Sleep and proper nutrition. Hair follicles need nutrients and rest to function. Stop mirror checking - Limit how often you examine your hair. The constant checking makes anxiety worse. At 25, stress-related hair loss is usually reversible once you manage the stress. Your hair doesn’t define your worth, even though it feels that way.
