Stress ... why handling stress is so important 🤔 !?

.Stress can influence the expression of 5-HTT, okays crucial role in regulating serotonin levels in brain. .This is altogether different thing that individuals with different 5-HTT genotype respond differently to stress. .Stress can alter neuroplasticity and brains ability to form new connections And here comes worst part ... 5-HTT gene, like other genes, is inherited from parents. And due to stress if yours is altered, then this altered gene will pass to offsprings. So try to dodge stressful situations and stay stress-free #PeaceForAll

@TCSLayoff ,
This is not for people who think stress is just some dictionary word. And can be used to blame there inefficiencies/ non decisiveness/ other mess they created themselves.
There are people who are actually stressed and this stress leads to anxiety/ depression/ social withdrawal etc. They need understand that getting out of stress is equally important, else leading to long term problems.
