Stripe salary structure

I'm in my final legs of interview for an operations manager role, how is the salary structured ? And how much sign in bonus + rsus to expect ? Also, what are the perks offered by the company. Heard all of these are really competitive.

Base+bonus (% depends on level)+30-75% of base in ARG (annual recurring grant)+20-25K worth of benefits every month (lifestyle, commute, childcare).

What about the cash bonus component ? And if i can ask on RSUs, what's the vesting period ? And i'm assuming 30% tax + LTCG as well so 40% of RSUs can be assumed to be taxed at the time of sale.

Stock grants are annual only, no negotiation. You will be taxed at your slab rate at the time of vesting and LTCG on any gains from there on. Cash bonus is the bonus %, ranges from 10-30% of base depending on level. What level are you interviewing for?

M1 is L4 in the L1 to L7 hierarchy. It’s a pretty decent level.

I think you have very little room to negotiate on base, bonus, or RSU. Sign on bonus is where they have the most flexibility. It’ll depend a lot on whether you have another offer and are a strong yes from the HM.

They also pay more than 100% bonus for most performance ratings.
