Switch again within 1 month ?

I recently joined an organisation 1 month ago on a 20% hike , now the salary has become 15 LPA. Today I have recieved from a much bigger company offering better role and good salary of 19 LPA. I want to make this switch but unable to phrase words to tell my current company , pls suggest how to implement this without facing any backlash
