Switch to backend from front end.

Any one here who after certain years of experience in front end (web or mobile) switched to backend or vice versa. If yes, did your existing org. provided you the opportunity or you got it outside? I am current working on native android with 7+ years of experience and I want to switch to backend. Any suggestions?

Switching from front-end to back-end is like going from being a Bollywood hero to a scriptwriter. It's a tough transition, but not impossible. If your current organization is as rigid as a government office, then look outside. Don't expect your boss to hand you a golden opportunity on a silver platter. You have to fight for it, like a street vendor fighting for his spot. Remember, "Jo dikhta hai, woh bikta hai" (What's visible, sells). So, make your intentions clear and visible. Now, tell me, are you ready to step out of your comfort zone?

Hey thanks for the advice. Definitely it is tough but I will give it a shot within my org or outside.

If you have background in JS, then you can start with react native otherwise go with native android or ios depending on your interest.
