Switching companies in short time

I'm 10+ years experienced SAP consultant. I worked with my previous employer for 3 months and then working with my current employer for a month now. I never had a short tenure (minimum 2.5+ years with all the organizations i worked with) with any employer expect my previous one.

Resigned from previous organization due to work life balance issue. The current one does not seem to be a good organization for long term... even 2/3 years since it does not have much projects in my domain, poor bench policy, salary is not up to the market standard so hike will be way too low and can't expect quality work in the current client, micromanagement on log in, away timings, client expectations are too much.

My current ctc is less while comparing previous ctc since I was expecting work life balance and in desperate need of it considering my current phase of life, so chose less ctc.

I'm thinking that it's better to switch when I complete a year here instead of switching before that considering frequent switches in short tenure will affect my profile.

Please do suggest and provide your inputs.
