I was planning to switch to another company for Germany location. I have 3 years of experience in CyberSecurity - Consulting Considering the recent layoffs from giant companies, I am considering switching within Big4 firm will be the safest option.
What do you guys think?
Also if not Big4, what other company could be a good option? Like Capegemini or Accenture or McKinsey etc etc???

I personally wouldn't risk a move to a new company even if it means they double my pay. Unless I get assurance from its founders or CXOs.
Its scary and uncertain and layoffs don't always be skill based.
