Switching from Service based company to Product based company
Hi guys, so I have been in a Service based company - Accenture, for 2+ years now and I really want growth salary wise as well as better work opportunities and I really want to switch to a Product Based company. However, I have only worked on the ServiceNow tool as part of a support project throughout the 2 years. I did a bit of development work too but nothing worth mentioning. I want to work on Python development, or Web app dev. I have done a few projects in Frontend using React. So I was wondering if anyone could help me out on where to start my journey and how to land a job at a Product based company. I would really appreciate the support. Thanks!

There are specific external certification related to service now. You can do that.. my colleague with 15 YOE of experience moved from tcs

He switched to Nuvolo pune based company

Hi thanks but I was hoping to get out of ServiceNow. Also if you don't mind, how much package did your friend get after 15 YOE?

Yes, I'll check that once, hopefully it works out in my favor. Thank you so much!
