Switching from Service based company to Product based company

Hi guys, so I have been in a Service based company - Accenture, for 2+ years now and I really want growth salary wise as well as better work opportunities and I really want to switch to a Product Based company. However, I have only worked on the ServiceNow tool as part of a support project throughout the 2 years. I did a bit of development work too but nothing worth mentioning. I want to work on Python development, or Web app dev. I have done a few projects in Frontend using React. So I was wondering if anyone could help me out on where to start my journey and how to land a job at a Product based company. I would really appreciate the support. Thanks!

Hi thanks but I was hoping to get out of ServiceNow. Also if you don't mind, how much package did your friend get after 15 YOE?
