Switching to Dev Profile
I have 10+ years of experience as QA automation engineer and now I am thinking about changing the movement from QA profile to Dev profile as I have seen some of the exponential growth in dev profile, I am sure If I am thinking it correctly but I think this would be a good decision for me so Posting here to get some feedback about it.

explore DevOps as well. Less stress that frequent releases in Dev work. But yeah be available for night time production issues. Avoid those roles. Other than that life should be chill.
