TCS or LTMINDTREE?

I am a 2021-25 CSE graduate. I gave the on-campus NQT on 3rd October 2024 and got selected for a Digital Role at TCS (7 LPA) today! I was already placed at LTIMindtree for the GET Role (4.05 LPA) a few months earlier.

Now, based on my research, I realized that LTI's training is one of the best in the industry, and as a fresher, I really want to attend it. However, TCS is offering a much higher package!

So, what can be the proper action plan to make the best of both offers in terms of learning and monetary benefits?

One good piece of advice I received was to:

Join LTI first (assuming they provide the joining date before TCS). Learn as much as possible during their training, and then transition to TCS for the better pay. However, I have a concern:

Since LTI is a full-time offer, they will definitely generate my EPFO account (UAN). Will TCS accept me if I already have an existing UAN/EPFO account? At the same time, the TCS application form stated that candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are eligible, so technically, they might consider candidates with an existing EPFO account.

What should I do? Please, any senior or brilliant mind, help me out here with solid advice! 🙏

Go for TCS.

Ltimindtree has no projects internal most of the resources are on bench.

Ask tcs guys to give some time and show health issues docs.
In Ltimindtree ask hr can you match with it. They can't . Ask what is the notice period time.

As you are a fulltime employee & If you are on the bench. They may release you soon.

And also Ask for the full and final settlement.

Strongly go for TCS. In LTI you will only waste your time

Join TCS only, don’t join Ltimindtree. They don’t have project. After joining you will realise your life biggest mistake. I did same thing now regretting. Looking for outside now

Tcs digital work is not so challenging despite the package. If lti training really is good, then it can very help in switching 2 years down the line. Joining a company that trains freshers well really matters a lot in one's career, imo.

If you want to join ltimindtree try to negotiate with
Lti hr to match offer only do this if u recieve both offer in hand
What I heard is most of tcs candidate didn't recieve joining letter
And if u want to take lti training then join tcs again you have to write exam (off campus ) as if u didn't join on-campus they will consider it as you rejected offer again for that cool time period will be there

My advice
1)negotiate with ltmindtree hr to match offer
2)if cant join company whichever releases joining letter first
