How is it possible that people with barely 2-3 years of experience let it be in FAANG are able to give talks in conferences such as Web3Conf, how do the organizers select these speakers

Some talks are meant for beginners and mid level. So deep expertise is not required
Sadly at some conferences brand name/tag matters more; so IIT + FAANG person with 1-2 yoe might get selected for a talk while someone with over a decade of experience across startup’s might get rejected
Haa I get it what you’re talking about. It was to show inclusivity and they couln’t find a lot of capable women on top positions they had to go with these people
