Is anyone here working as a Technical Customer Support Specialist at Amazon?
I am currently working as a SOC Analyst (L1) with 2.5 years of experience in tools like ArcSight, SOAR, CrowdStrike, Defender, etc.
I recently received an interview call from Amazon for the position of Technical Customer Support Specialist (AWS). I completed the technical round today and feel that I performed well.
I have a few questions:
