Return to office is fine but the way they are acting. You talk to anyone from Cognizant they were already thinking of quitting and this gives one more reason.
Haan true, I've heard folks being marked as absent and stuff. Many will state they'll switch, though it'll be be a small percentage of them who'll actually end up churning.
